Your skiing background :You have already skied for 5 to 10 weeks. You are comfortable with your equipment. You ski with ease on red runs, parallel skis with vertical movement. You can control your speed and trajectory on all types of slopes.
Goals of the week :Linking turns with various radiuses, starting to ski on diverse terrain, refining carving technique. Introduction to off-piste skiing and its safety rules.
Week's program : On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group under the A2 flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest some exercises to get back on your feet on blue and red runs. Over the course of the week and through exercises and repetition,You will refine your technique, discover new sensations, and share new experiences with your group. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice parallel turns on all types of trails. You will gain confidence and skills to move to the next level safely.
Hours : Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.
More : Class 3 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself.
Remarks : Don’t forget your lift pass ! We advise you to take a 3 Valleys ski pass. If you wish to take the ski pass of the resort only, ask your instructor which days he/she will go to the 3 Valleys. In this case, you will have the possibility to buy an extension the day before the course.
