Your skiing background: From a few days to 1 week of experience. You know how to move on flat terrain and uphill with your skis on. You can ski in snowplough and know how to stop when you are skiing at slow pace on a green run.
Goals of the week : Develop your confidence, accept the speed, have notions of skidding. Make snowplow turns on blue runs. Deepen your knowledge of the environment, rules of conduct for skiers, integrate into the flow of practitioners in safety..
Week's program :On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group under the A1 flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In that case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each skier. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest exercises to get you back on your feet on green slopes. As the week unfolds, and with the help of exercises and repetition, you will learn to bring your skis parallel in between turns, to skid and to evolve with ease on blue runs.
Hours :Sunday morning lessons are from 10:00 to 12:00, afternoon from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date. From Monday to Friday, morning lessons are from 9:00 to 12:00 and afternoon lessons are from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.
More :Class 1 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing.
