Went there December 2023 for bootfitting, Fabian is one of the best bootfitters I have ever experienced, he is very knowledgeable and with a proffesional approach, the bootfitting was done perfect, bu also I got a lot of great suggestions from his side that I will defenitely follow for my next ski boot purchase

Took the 5 day course with Prosneige in Les Menuires and with Patrice as our instructor we couldn’t wish for a better learning experience! By the end of the week we were able to go with our friends wherever we wanted across the area of Les Menuires and beyond. Patrice always gave very clear instructions and pushed you to become a better skier in the best ways possible. 10/10Much love and thanks from Belgium, Patrice!

Jeremie is quite literally the best boot fitter on the planet. I have wide and pronated feet, so no boots on the market fit me perfectly, but he was able to adjust and remold my boots. Until going to his shop I had never skied without pain. Thanks Jeremie!

My instructor Philippe (in Val Thorens) was amazing! I could notice that he enjoys teaching people and that makes a difference. He was super nice and really helped boost our confidence on the slopes. He knew exactly how to push us just enough to improve while keeping us safe. Even in group lessons, he somehow managed to give personalized tips to each of us. And his reminder to focus on enjoying ourselves made all the difference, which is something easily to forget for beginners. Merci, Philippe , for helping me improve in one week and reminding me to have fun!

I planned to write the Google review a year ago, but somehow I forgot to do it. I think it's very important to mention this. I had a very good experience following lessons at Prosneige with Andrea. He is the best ski instructor in my opinion. He is experienced, relaxed, explains the technique well, and last but not least, he is very patient. I really enjoyed skiing with him. I am very grateful! Best ski school out there! I can't speak highly enough about Prosneige. This was my second week ever snowboarding. I had 2 days of private lessons at the beginning of my trip with Lolo and 1 day with Fede just before we departed. Both of them helped me gain so much confidence and make great technical improvements. My aim was to get down a red piste at the end of my trip, but Lolo taught me so well, that I achieved this goal on day 1. And at the end of my trip, I went down every black piste in the resort with Fede, including La Face. Besides being super professional, Lolo, Fede, Raph, Diane, and all other members of Prosneige are just wonderful humans. They support and encourage you every step of your learning journey and celebrate your successes with you at the end of each day. This experience has been so great that my partner and I have decided to return to Val d'Isere next year. Thank you again Team Prosneige and see you next year!

I returned to skiing after fourteen years away from the slopes after winning a holiday for two through YSE Ski Chalets who were supporting a member of the British Junior ski team.After reading various reviews my wife and I chose Prosneige In Val to get us back on the slopes and we were not disappointed. Prosneige limit the class sizes so that you get the individual attention that you pay for. This became immediately apparent on our first day and after a couple of runs our instructor GoGo made a call and Rafa the Owner of the Ski school appeared and said that we should be in a higher class and that he would ski with us for a couple of hours to get our ski legs back. We then made a rendezvous with the higher class. We became a class of four for the week under the watchful eye of Andreas who was a class act. Andreas instruction was always clear and he gave you one thing to work on at a time and over the week everyone's skiing made significant improvements. Andreas was able to communicate as effectively in English, French and Italian and his sense of humour always shone through. We had a terrific week in Val D' Isere and knew that we had made the right choice through Prosneige for our return to skiing. The only disappointment was that we had not done our ski hire etc through Prosneige. They offer ski hire and a proper boot fitting service at the shop and also a locker service meaning that you can walk to the shop in the morning and pick up your kit : no walking around in ski boots carrying skis etc. If you are heading to Val D'Isere and looking for lessons then look no further - all the five-star reviews here and on Trip advisor have been well and truly validated in our opinion. Fijne ski/snowboardschool. Na 1ste groepsles een bericht gekregen over hoe de les ervaren is. Feedback gegeven en hier werd serieus op in gegaan. Merkte dat mijn niveau van snowboarden iets hoger lag dan mijn groepje (was al “expert” groep) en hierdoor soms moest wachten. Was overigens wel fijn om even terug te gaan naar de basis en hierop uit te bouwen. Docent was erg fijn, geduldig en had leuke humor.Volgend jaar zal ik terug gaan naar Prosneige maar dan waarschijnlijk voor privéles

We took first timer lessons for four days with Patrice in prosneige school. And we nailed the blue slopes on our 5th day without instructor with our experienced friends without falls. Very clear instructions/tips given to learn in fast way.Patrice is the best!🤍

Jérémie and Arthur were the best! They helped me with a new ski boot with injected foam liner. They both displayed excellent knowledge, much patience through the various customisation and after sales modification, and absolutely top notch friendly service! Best boot buying experience ever!

After 4 days in rental boots we visited Prosneige to look at purchasing.Arthur was fantastic in advising the correct boot for our foot shape and skiing ability.We visited multiple times after initial fitting to have minor adjustments made. Arthur was happy to oblige. Very knowledgeable and comfort and performance now is perfect. Aside from lessons, buying ski boots to fit your feet is the best thing you can do to improve sking experience. Merci!

Had the most amazing time learning how to ski with Frank one of the best people I’ve ever met. It was my first time out of the country at the age of 23 and by the end of a week of beginner lessons delivered by Frank I was possibly a professional. The atmosphere in the shop and the welcoming nature of all the staff there who made you feel so comfortable going above and beyond to meet your needs was so amazing to be apart of. From my husband:Vincent S. is the man. Amazing professional and such a charming person. I skied 6 days in my life before taking his collective course and could barely descent blue slopes without falling.. After 5 more days with him I was flying confidently all over les Menuires and Val Thorens by myself, even doing reds a little. He also contributes to the culture on the slopes: puts the fallen kids back on their skies, checks up on the confused adults, and cheers the crowds all while doing amazing teaching drills with us. Haven’t skied for 25+ years and was very rusty. Luckily Luca was our ski school instructor. Luca was able to assess my friend and I, and instruct us both, even though we were at different levels. He was able to use different strategies and loads of encouragement to help us improve. He was super reliable and so lovely. Thanks Luca and Proneige.

A big thank you to all the team at Prosneige Val D’Isere. My son Alexander first attended ski school in 2020 and was looked after by Alex. We were back again last week and he was looked after this time by Nicholas and Julian. Both times he has got on so well and all instructors have been amazing!! It’s the first time we joined the Prosneign Bronze class for snowboard. We spend 6 morning for learning from the very professional & kindness Coach Barbara & Alexis there. Even I am the one didn’t get any idea to play with snowboard but finally I got to enjoy how to snowboarding. It’s wonderful experience been there.
I would highly recommend ppl to join this school when you be there. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 After that week I love snowboard & will keep on this for my interests. 😍😍😍😍

As a mature first time skier (or snow plougher) and a very nervous one at that, I have had the best week with the prosneige ski school . I started in a group of 10 beginners but as a slow learner (along with 3 others )the school accommodated us and found another tutor to allow us to progress at our pace without holding anyone back. As a result I have been challenged ( but not too much) and have found a confidence and love for a sport I never dreamt I would indulge in . I would happily recommend them to friends family and strangers....

A huge thank you to Alberto at Val Thorens (7-14 Apr )from Veronica and Vanessa. Alberto gave them snowboard group lessons and girls had a great time and done amazingly well . They said will remember this time forever 🙂 Also thank you to Matt? for the very first private snowboard lesson which allowed them to join the group with Alberto. Bad point is ...I will now have to buy 2 snowboards for next season and second roof box 😉

Just had a fabulous week in Les Menuires. Our two kids aged 7 and 6 had an excellent experience with Robbie who made their first week on real snow fantastic. They loved her and also the snow. They can't wait to come back and give it a go again next year. Definitely the best experience I have had with ski lessons anywhere. Thank you!

Top skischool! Onze dochter heeft fantastisch les gekregen. Zij is 3,5 jaar en heeft met de leraren Andrea en Tom super veel geleerd en dat met erg veel plezier! De eerste ervaring voor een kind is toch heel belangrijk, zij vindt het nu echt geweldig om te skiën! Andrea heeft veel geduld, maakt plezier en is een professional! Tom sloot aan en kon in het Nederlands er een feestje van maken, ook hij deed het super! Zeer vriendelijke en professionele skischool die ik iedereen aanraad! Dank heren!!!

Reeds 2 jaar na elkaar hadden we met onze kleindochter (nu 5j) in deze skischool een super goede ervaring!
Schitterende leerkrachten (Merci Theo en Louis) die het kind en het plezier op de eerste plaats zetten en beperkte groepen!

Really impressed with Prosneige. Thanks for looking after both my girls in ski school. They had a fab time and improved so much in their week with you. Have used ESF before but Prosneige instructors were so much more child friendly and fun and really made an huge effort with my 3 yr old who was not keen on me leaving her every morning, but returned every lunch time with a huge grin on her face. Would definitely use again �

Wat een super goede ski school me zoontje met adhd heeft er een top week gehad. Na wat uitleg en tips hoe met hem om te gaan is het echt super gegaan. Hij is daar hele dagen geweest en heeft veel geleerd en in de middag heerlijk gespeeld en erg lekker gegeten. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug. Jullie zijn dan ook echte toppers
