We’re excited that you are joining us in Meribel! Our Meribel Arrival Guide has all of the information you need to meet us on the slopes. We are all looking forward to meeting you.

Find our smiling instructors in their dark blue trousers and green & blue jackets, with Prosneige on the back. You can’t miss them!
LESSON MEETING POINT
If you are arriving on foot from the resort, the shuttle bus stop or the Brides-les-Bains gondola, walk along the snow front. On your right, you will see the children’s ski garden, and on your left, a small chalet. You will then see a large green Prosneige flag. The meeting point is located there.
If you are arriving on skis from Mottaret, ski down the green La Truite slope. When you reach La Chaudanne, the meeting point is on your right, after the white Rhodos gondola, opposite the children’s ski garden next to the small chalet.
If you are arriving on skis from the Rond-Point or the Altiport, the meeting point is on your right when you arrive at La Chaudanne, opposite the children’s ski garden next to the small chalet.
It is always marked by a large green Prosneige flag.

On Sunday & Monday mornings, if you could arrive 15 minutes before the start of your lessons, it would be most appreciated!

KIDS GROUP LESSONS
Progress
The instructors will welcome you in front of the flag corresponding to your lesson, with a name list. To ensure balanced groups, these may change during the week depending on each child’s progress, technical ability and confidence. The aim is for everyone to ski in the group best suited to their development.
Medals
On Friday, 15 minutes before the end of the lesson, we invite you to the medal ceremony. A friendly moment to celebrate your child’s progress, chat with their instructor and share the end of this wonderful week of skiing together.
Snack Time
Every day, around mid-morning, your child will be offered a break. You can leave a snack for them in their pocket.
ADULT GROUP LESSONS
The instructors will be waiting for you with a list in front of the flag corresponding to your lesson. Very often, there are more than 8 people at the same level, so several instructors may be assigned to your level. Depending on each person’s progress and in order to keep groups balanced, it is not unusual for the instructor to ask you to move to a higher or lower level group.
ADULT BEGINNERS SPECIAL
- Prosneige teams are available to assist you if you have any difficulties getting equipped.
- Ski poles are not needed on the first day.
- Groups are formed according to each person’s progress.
YOU ARE LATE
Please come and see us at the Prosneige shop, located 200m opposite Hotel La Chaudanne, or call us on +33 4 79 00 36 46.
Please note that in some cases the group may have already left for an itinerary and it may not be possible to join them.
We will do our best to help; as you all know, one participant’s lateness affects the whole group.
PRIVATE LESSONS
You have a private lesson with an instructor. By default, the meeting point is under the Prosneige flag on the snow front at La Chaudanne.
A different meeting point can be arranged depending on your skiing/snowboarding level and the desired location.
DURING THE WEEK
You will receive a text message at the end of the first day to check your satisfaction.
We call back all dissatisfied clients to understand their concerns and find a solution. Please do not hesitate to use this number if you have any questions.
SKI PASS
The Méribel Valley ski pass is sufficient. Depending on the group’s level, we will request an extension if needed.
The ski pass must be placed in the left pocket of your jacket.
It is free for children under 5 years old, but it is essential to collect it, as it is forbidden to use the ski lifts without a valid pass (for insurance reasons). Please remember to bring proof of age.
If you have purchased a ski pass through Prosneige, we will give it to you at the start of the lessons.
IF YOU HAVE BOOKED EQUIPMENT WITH US
EQUIPMENT COLLECTION
You can collect your equipment upon your arrival in Méribel from Saturday onwards.
The Prosneige Shop welcomes you from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm.
We only need the name on the booking.
Your equipment will be ready. You will be able to try on the boots, try the helmets, check the skis and, of course, change anything if needed.
Just sign the rental agreement and you’re all set.
Notes:
If you are coming as a group, there is no need to wait for everyone to arrive. The first people there can already collect their equipment, and the others can come afterwards.
If you have not provided all the necessary information (shoe size, height and weight), your equipment cannot be prepared in advance. You can still send this information now by email to info@prosneige.fr or by calling +33 (0)4 79 01 07 00.
If you would like to go skiing straight away, that’s possible! We will keep your belongings for the day.
During your stay, if you are not satisfied with your equipment, please come and change it straight away.

Audacius Shop Meribel – Arrival Guide
Our ‘new’ Audacius Meribel Hub. All you need for new kit and the Equipment Rental centre. Meet Fabiano & his rental team who will have your equipment ready for you & ensure you have the Audacius experience to start you snow adventure off on the right foot.
Directions
Located just a few steps from our Meeting Point at the La Chaudanne Lift Area. Just in front of the Hotel La Chaudanne, we’re located at 61 Rue des Jeux Olympiques. Just a few metres further up, you’ll find Arthur & his team at our Audacius Bootfitting Shop.

Picking up your equipment
If you have let our Audacius Team know your details (height, weight & shoe size) in advance, your equipment will be ready & waiting for you to try. We just need the name that your reservation was made under.
Things to remember…
- A Group Reservation? You don’t need to wait for all of your group to arrive to pick up your equipment. Pop in whenever you are ready.
- Bring along your Ski / Snowboard Socks for when you try on your boots.
- Booked Skis only? Don’t forget to bring one of your ski boots, so that we can adjust the bindings.
- If you haven’t yet let us know the heights, weights & shoe size for your hire – simply email us on info@prosneige.fr or give our Reservations Team a call on +33 479 01 07 00 – and we’ll add them onto your booking.
Returning your equipment
Simply bring your equipment back to the Audacius Meribel Shop at the end of your last day on the slopes.
- Don’t forget the helmet (if rented) & the poles!
- Group Reservations – you can return your equipment individually.
