Welcome to our Instructor Training Program. Based at our Prosneige Instructor Training Centre, we provide future Ski Instructors with the ideal and tailored training conditions.

Val Cenis Ski Club
A Haute Maurienne local, “Nicoach” is a former competitor of the Valcenis Ski Club, where he raced for 10 years at FIS district level. He then joined the Ski Studies program in Modane, following onto the high-level section of the Embrun Lycée’s Sports Training program.
During this period, he also began training to become a Ski Instructor (BE) whilst continuing his studies. Nicolas obtained his Brevet d’Etat diploma in 2005, also adding in foreign languages studies in English, Dutch and Russian. In 2006, he joined the Prosneige Val Thorens Instructor Team, where he taught skiing and snowboarding. departing for Prosneige Les Ménuires its first winter in operation. Nicolas offered the Les Menuires Instructors Giant & Slalom training, with a view to passing the Eurotest. After two successful seasons, Prosneige Training was launched, in collaboration with DEUST in Lyon. Our aim: to train new instructors and support them throughout their studies in our Ski Schools.
With more than 15 years teaching and training behind him, Nicolas is still just as passionate about skiing and top-level sport.

An expert Instructor and Trainer for both snow and water sports, Matteo is renowned for his expertise, high standards and passion for teaching and coaching.
Coming from the mountains of Italy, Matteo discovered his passion for skiing at an early age. He devoted himself to perfecting his technique and pushing his limits in national and international competitions during his ski club years.
As a coach, Matteo now shares his knowledge and experience with skiers of all levels. His unique teaching approach and ability to pass on his passion make him a much-appreciated coach for skiers aspiring to progress and push their limits on the slopes.
SAM JONES

Sam is a fully qualified Ski and Snowboard Instructor, as well as being the Operational Director of the Prosneige Les Menuires Ski School.
Sam joined the Prosneige Instructor Training Program alongside his studies in 2014. He successfully passed all the exams for the state diploma in alpine skiing. His practical experience as a Instructor trainee has given him an in-depth understanding of the processes and requirements needed to pass the Ski Instructor diploma.
As our Prosneige Training Manager, Sam oversees the implementation of teaching programs and works closely with Nicolas, the Technical Test Group coach. His experience and skills make him an essential member of the Prosneige Team, helping to ensure high-level training and solid results.
