SNOWBOARD GOLD - Adult - 6 mornings

Your Experience : You know how to turn frontside and backside on blue slopes.
Goals of the week : Discover carving turns, off piste, freestyle, 170° jumps and rails. Discover your first switch turns. Work on the vertical mouvement and other technical aspects to improuve your skills.

Week's program : The meeting point is at the top of the prosneige nursery slope at the black flag « snowboard gold ». After meeting the instructor and the rest of the group you will warm up on easy slopes. Then the goal is to improuve your technic so you can ride down all kinds of terrain in safe way. The instructor will help you discover your first carving turns. You will do your first complet switch turns. Your tricks will be more and more complex, like 170, rails at the park. It’s also time to start riding all terrains and off-piste. The instructor will explain how to adjust you gear depending on how you ride.

Hours : Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.
More : The Gold Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 adults (from 13 years old). Everybody progresses at their own paces and have the opportunity to change groups during the week.

Remarks : Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!
