Welcome to our Childrens Group Lessons Information. A little extra information, ready for those parents who like to know what to expect. Ski or Snowboard – the Prosneige Ski School Les Menuires Team is looking forward to your Children joining us on the slopes.
Childrens Group Lessons – from beginners all the way through to downhill racers aged 3 to 13 years. We have a Ski or Snowboard Lesson to suit all levels.
Small Groups – Make all the Difference
We believe that small groups make all the difference!
Our Childrens Group Lessons are 8 Skiers or Snowboarders with each of our Instructors for those aged 5-13 years. We have 6 Little Bears with each our Ski Garden Team. Not too big & not too small – in fact, they’re just right for making new snow friends, learning & progressing, and above all having fun and exploring the resort.
With access to over 600km of slopes in the 3 Valleys ranging from easy greens to freeride blacks, Les Menuires has the right area for each group. Our Little and Brown Bear groups will start their sessions at our Ski Garden at the top of the Roc 1 Cable car. Our other Groups will explore the resorts easy blues through to the challenging black slopes of La Masse.
The first morning is a little more relaxed – a chance for your children to get their snow legs back & for our Prosneige Les Menuires Team to ensure they are in the right group.
They’ll likely stay with the same group and Instructor for the week. If you are not sure if they are in the right group – let us know – they can always change to a different level group.

Childrens Group Lesson Times
All of our Prosneige Les Menuires Childrens Group Lessons run at the same times as our Adult Group Lessons. Ideal if you are travelling with Family or Friends.
The Morning Group Lessons are for 3 Hours every morning: 09h00 to 12h00 EXCEPT on Sundays which are 2 Hours 10h00 to 12h00. They can start lessons on either Sunday or Monday & the last lesson takes place on Friday.
If Afternoon Group Lessons are your preference, these are 2 Hours; 14h30 to 16h30 every afternoon before the start of February. From February onwards, the lessons are 2.5 Hours; 14h30 to 17h00 each afternoon. As with the morning lessons, they can start the Afternoon Group Lessons on either Sunday or Monday afternoon, with their last lesson on Friday afternoon.
We also offer a Full Day option too! These are the Morning & Afternoon sessions with a break for you to eat together from 12h00 to 14h30.
Lunch Club
Fancy spending a little longer on the slopes? Then let us take the children to lunch!
You can add on our Lunch Club service to any of our Childrens Group Lessons – Morning, Afternoon or Full Day Lesson Options. It’s avaliable Sunday through to Friday 12h00 to 14h00. We lunch at a local restaurant, with a freshly cooked 2 course meal and activities to keep everyone entertained.
It is important to let us know if your child has any dietary requirements or allergies when you book, so that we can let the restaurant know in advance.
Where the Childrens Group Lessons Meet
All of our Childrens Group Lessons – Little Bears, Ski & Snowboard – will start & finish at our Meeting Point – in front of our Prosneige Les Menuires Shop. This is the same meeting point for our Adult Group Lessons as well!
You’ll find us on the snow front in the La Croisette area of Les Menuires – near the new Jacks Restaurant (was the Hacienda) and the Medical Centre. Look for our green Prosneige signs, flags & our smiling instructors in their eye-catching green & navy uniforms.
On Fridays we also organise a medal ceremony here too – bringing their week to a fitting close.
