ADULT BEGINNER - 6 afternoons

You have never skied or have only skied for one or two hours on an indoor or on an artificial slope. You have no or minimal knowledge of the mountain environment and ski equipment.

You have a few days or upto 1 week of experience already. You know how to move with the duck climb, or side stepping technique. You can ski in snowplough and know how to stop when you are moving at low speed on a green run.

ADULT LEVEL 2 - 6 afternoons

You have from 2 to 5 weeks of experience under your skis. You already know how to ski parallel on blue slopes.

You have already skied for 5 to 10 weeks. You are comfortable with your equipment. You ski with ease on red runs, parallel skis with vertical movement. You can control your speed and trajectory on all types of slopes.

You have more than 10 weeks of experience under your skis already. You are at ease on all types of terrain and wish to deepen your technical knowledge.
