You have up to 2 weeks before the start of the course to make the payment.
You can cancel up to 3 weeks in advance at no charge and without any proof. That makes life easier for you.
Your reservation is confirmed when it is paid for. If you wish to book in advance you will need to pay by card or bank transfer. Once on site, it is entirely possible to pay in cash.
Yes, if all the lifts close due to bad weather, we do make a refund. As our sport is subject to weather conditions, fog, cold, snow and wind are not sufficient reasons to cancel and refund a lesson.
