Lesson Information
Your child will discover so much more than skiing: new sensations, new friends, and the pride of their very first runs.
THE PROGRAMME
During the first few days, children discover skiing surrounded by our team of specialists dedicated to 3–4-year-olds. No fixed groups from day one: we observe each child, alternate games and activities with or without skis, and adapt every session to build confidence, enjoyment, and a love of learning.
The goal: to help children feel confident, comfortable, and proud of themselves.
Little by little, your child will learn to:
Move around on their skis
Find their balance
Glide
Master the snowplough and stop safely.
As soon as their level allows, they will gradually leave the beginner area with their instructor to discover their first real ski slopes.
Groups may change throughout the week to ensure your child is always in a group that matches both their skiing ability and their confidence.
FRIDAY: TIME FOR MEDALS!
About 20 minutes before the end of the lessons, the children return to the ski school for the medal ceremony.
A moment filled with pride and emotion that we will be delighted to share with you if you are able to join us.
Our goal: The medal is for them. Our greatest achievement is seeing them leave with a smile, their eyes shining with pride, proud of what they have achieved, more confident, and already eager to come back skiing the next day.
SPECIAL PARENTS
You would like to watch your children during the lesson: we recommend that you hide so your child does not see you. In this case, you can relax in our chalet and even enjoy a coffee.
You can go skiing with peace of mind: we have your phone number and will contact you if needed.
If your child is rather adventurous or, on the contrary, not very motivated, please let us know!

If you are not satisfied, tell us straight away. We will find solutions immediately — these are your holidays, and we are here to make sure they go as smoothly as possible!
Your child is one of those who doesn’t want to put on skis: no worries! They will put on skis later in the week, and you will see, they will catch up with their friends very quickly.
Don’t forget: a small snack in their pocket for the break and a cuddly toy if needed!
We created Baloo’s little comic book to help your child discover their adventure at the Garden even before arriving: the instructors, the new friends, their first slides… Knowing what to expect helps them feel reassured and build confidence.
And on the big day? After a big cuddle, let us take over. We are used to these first moments and will call you if needed.
LESSON TIMES
In group lessons (maximum 6 children under 5 years old):
Morning: Sunday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, then Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Afternoon: Sunday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
Private lessons: one instructor dedicated exclusively to your child.
Flexible timings available, allow for a minimum of 1h30 and a maximum of 2 hours for children under 5 years old.
