<p><strong>Your experience :</strong> You are a complete beginner, an expert freestyler or anything in between. <br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong> Private lessons are the best option if you want a personalized approach to freestyle skiing. Learn the basics or improve as quickly as possible, build your confidence and try your first tricks wiith a qualified instructor. <br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. You can set the meeting point with your instructor directly in front of your accomodation and even choose the instructor you would like. </p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> Helmets are required.<br>

<p><strong>your instructor :</strong> You have chosen to take a private lesson with Jérôme TRINQUE. Jérôme and the Prosneige team are looking forward to your arrival in Les Ménuires. .<br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong>Private lessons are an excellent way to make quick progress. You tell the instructor your goals and desires and he will create a personalized lesson plan for you. Whether you want to learn carving or snowplowing. You want to surpass yourself in off-piste, in the snowpark, or on a blue slope. You simply want to discover the 3 Valleys ski area alone or with your family for a day... You are in the right place. The instructor will guide you throughout the day and share with you his favorite exercices, itineraries in his playground.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> From 9:00am to 5:00pm depending on your wants and needs, you decide how long and what time suits you best.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. <p><strong> Experience :</strong> Beginner, this your childs first time snowboarding or they have just a couple of hours experience (or on dry slopes).<br> </p><p><strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Controlling speed with heel side or toe side skid and linking your turns on a green slope.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> Meet their instructor and the rest of the group. Their instructor will then explain how the gear works. Your child will do their first slides in a straight line in the beginners area. After getting familiar with the balance they will learn how to change directions. Falling is normal! So they’ll learn different tips on how to get up. During their progression they will discover which foot they have in front on the board (goofy or regular). Then learning how to control speed on the heel edge and how to cross the slope on the back and front side edge. Once they start getting comfortable with that they learn how to control speed on their toe edge. Practicing the transition between the toe and heel side positions to be able to link turns.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Everyday from 12:00 to 14:00, during lunchtime.<br> <strong>More :</strong> During these hours the slopes are less occupied, allowing you to progress with serenity. Beginner Mini group lessons are limited to a maximum of 4 children. Everybody progresses at their own paces and you have the opportunity to change groups during the week. You can also enjoy some breaks and warm yourself up with a hot cocoa in our chalet on the slope. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget your sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong>You have 5 to 10 weeks experience under your skis already. You are comfortable with your equipment. You ski with ease on red runs, parallel turns with vertical movement. You can control your speed and trajectory on all types of slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong>Linking turns with various radiuses, starting to ski on diverse terrain, refining carving technique. Introduction to off-piste skiing and its safety rules.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group in front of our Prosneige Shop. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest some exercises to get back on your feet on blue and red runs. Over the course of the week and through exercises and repetition,You will refine your technique, discover new sensations, and share new experiences with your group. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice parallel turns on all types of trails. You will gain confidence and skills to move to the next level safely.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Lessons: Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00. Afternoon Lessons: Sunday to Friday 14:30 to 16:30, then 17:00 from the 5th February. 14:30 to 17:00 <br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 3 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don’t forget your lift pass ! <br></p>
