<p><strong> Who can book this lesson ? :</strong> Any person with a disability who wants to discover the pleasures of skiing, or to practice under the supervision of a ski instructor. <br> </p><p><strong>Goals of the lesson :</strong> Discover new sensations, to have fun, or to go towards autonomy. You choose the duration of the course and the number of sessions during the week. The instructor will then create a customized ski course for you. <br> <strong>Course description :</strong> Once the lesson is booked, our team will contact you to get more information and choose together the equipment adapted to your handicap. Before the lesson, your instructor will call you to set up the meeting point, your expectations, your experience. Our instructors are passionate about their sport and have a strong desire to make this discipline accessible to as many people as possible. <br> <strong>Remarks :</strong> The passenger should be well equipped with several layers of warm technical underwear. The warmer you are, the more you enjoy your lesson and the handiskiing experience. Also, think about the ski pass! !<br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your child has between 1 and 3 weeks of skiing already. They know how to snowplough turn and stop on green and blue slopes. They can also get up on their own after a fall, and move around using the side stepping technique or the duck climb. They were also introduced to the parallel position on flat terrain. <br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Learning the first steps of parallel turns such as parallel crossings and side slipping on easy green and blue slopes. Challenge their balance on a bumpy course. Discover the Safe skiers rules and respect them. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, they get to know their instructors and the other children of the 1st Ski level. All the groups will start together, warmup and harmonize on a green slope. The groups will be defined by the levels and age of the children. As the week goes on, they will practice with different exercises to achieve their weekly goal and gain confidence skiing on blue slopes. Ski poles will be introduced to them during the week.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The 1st ski group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 children. Everybody progresses at their own pace and children have the opportunity to change groups during the week. They can also enjoy some breaks and warm themselves up with a hot cocoa. The traditional medal awarding ceremony takes place on Fridays, at the meeting point. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Experience :</strong> Your child knows how to turn toe and heel side on blue slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Discover carving turns, off piste, freestyle, 180 jumps and rails. Discovering their first switch turns. Work on the vertical mouvement and other technical aspects to improuve skills.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> The meeting point is at the top of the prosneige nursery slope at the black flag « snowboard gold ». After meeting the instructor and the rest of the group your child will warm up on easy slopes. Then the goal is to improuve their technic so they can ride down all kinds of terrain in safe way. The instructor will help them discover their first carving turns. Your children will do their first complet switch turns. The tricks will be more and more complex, like 180 jumps, rails at the park. It’s also time to start riding all terrains and off-piste. The instructor will expain on how to adjust gear depending on how you ride.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 17:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Gold Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 children (from 8 years old). Everybody progresses at their own pace and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Your skiing background:</strong> From a few days upto 1 week of skiing experience. You know how to move on flat terrain and uphill with your skis on. You can ski in snowplough and know how to stop when you are skiing at slow pace on a green run.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Develop your confidence, accept the speed, have notions of skidding. Make snowplow turns on blue runs. Deepen your knowledge of the environment, rules of conduct for skiers, integrate into the flow of practitioners in safety..<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong>On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group in front of our Prosneige flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In that case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each skier. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest exercises to get you back on your feet on green slopes. As the week unfolds, and with the help of exercises and repetition, you will learn to bring your skis parallel in between turns, to skid and to evolve with ease on blue runs.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong>Sunday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong>Class 1 adult ski group lessons are limited to 7 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option to change groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing.</p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong>Don't forget your skipass, a snack to keep your energy level up and sunscreen!<br></p>
