<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your child has between 1 and 3 weeks of skiing already. They know how to snowplough turn and stop on green and blue slopes. They can also get up on their own after a fall, and move around using the side stepping technique or the duck climb. They were also introduced to the parallel position on flat terrain. <br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Learning the first steps of parallel turns such as parallel crossings and side slipping on easy green and blue slopes. Challenge their balance on a bumpy course. Discover the Safe skiers rules and respect them. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, they get to know their instructors and the other children of the 1st Ski level. All the groups will start together, warmup and harmonize on a green slope. The groups will be defined by the levels and age of the children. As the week goes on, they will practice with different exercises to achieve their weekly goal and gain confidence skiing on blue slopes. Ski poles will be introduced to them during the week.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Lessons are Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00, then the afternoon Lessons are Sunday to Friday 14:00 to 17:00<br> <strong>More :</strong> The 1st ski group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 children. Everybody progresses at their own pace and children have the opportunity to change groups during the week. They can also enjoy some breaks and warm themselves up with a hot cocoa. The traditional medal awarding ceremony takes place on Fridays, at the meeting point. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget you can also add Lunch Club (Lunch & activities 12:00 to 14:00) and also their ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

Skates to move around if needed, and anticipate changing terrain. <br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Parallel turns, both short and long on red slopes. Learning new techniques to improve parallel stopping. Your child will identify where it is safe to stop on the slopes, and regulate their speed according to his environment. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, they get to know their instructors and the other children of the 3rd Ski level. All the groups will start together, warmup and harmonize on a blue or easy red slope. The groups will be defined by the levels and age of the children. During the first half day your child will get his technique and confidence back on easier slopes. Day after day, they will learn new skills thanks to the exercises and games set up by the instructor. The group will practice on different terrains that will help the children improve while having fun. Those exercises will facilitate their parallel turns and stops on red slopes by improving the position.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Lessons: Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 12:00. <p><strong>Your Experience :</strong> You know how to turn frontside and backside on blue slopes.<br> </p><p><strong>Goals for the week :</strong> Discover carving turns, off piste, freestyle, 180° jumps and rails. Discover your first switch turns. Work on vertical movement and other technical aspects to improve your skills.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> Meet your instructor and the rest of the group and warm up on easy slopes. Then the goal is to improve your technique so you can ride down all kinds of terrain confidently & safely. Discover your first carving turns. You will do your first complete switch turns. Learn more complex tricks like 180’s and rails at the park. It’s also time to start riding all terrains and off-piste. Your instructor will explain how to adjust you gear depending on how you ride.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The Gold Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 adults (from 13 years old). Everybody progresses at their own pace and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. <br> </p><p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget your ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your 3 or 4 year old has never skied before.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Discovering this new gear and environment, moving around with skis on in our kindergarten, learning skills such as breaking the speed, or stopping and improving coordination.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> </p><p><strong>Weekly program :</strong> On the first day, your child gets to discover the ski school. He will meet the instructors and the other children of the group. After a warm up, the group will get acquainted with the ski equipment practicing on different practice set ups. Without skis at first, then one ski on, and once they are ready, with both ! They’ll use our private magic carpet and make their first slides under supervision of our team in the Prosneige kindergarten.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Little Bears group lessons are limited to a maximum of 6 children (3-4 years old). Everybody progresses at their own pace and your child has the opportunity to change groups during the week. Children can also enjoy some breaks and warm themselves up with a hot cocoa. On Friday, enjoy the traditional award ceremony, where they’ll proudly receive their first medal ! </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget to put a snack in their pocket for the break and their teddys or binky if needed ! <br></p>
