<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong> You have more than 10 weeks of experience under your skis. You are at ease on all types of terrain and wish to deepen your technical knowledge.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong>Improve your technical skills on the slopes, in the bumps, off-piste and on all types of snow. Travel the Alpe d'Huez area on and off piste. Become a more versatile skier and expand your knowledge of the mountain.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong>On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group in front of our Prosneige flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest exercises to get you back on track. During the week, you will discover the magnificent off-piste skiing of the region. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice carving turns or other types of advanced techniques and positions.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 4 adult ski group lessons are limited to 7 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option to change groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself</p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Ski-pass is needed. Don't forget to take some water and snacks to keep your energy level up !!<br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> You have never skied before or have skied just once, or a couple of hours on indoor or dry slopes. <br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Discover the environment, and the ski gear. Move around skis on, with ease. Ski down green slopes using snowplough turns.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> Your week begins under the “Beginner” flag where you’ll meet your ski instructor and the group. You will then walk towards an easy part of the beginner area ( just a couple of meters below the meeting point ) where you’ll start your skiing journey. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice. With one ski on, then two. On a flat terrain, uphill, and finally, when you’re ready downhill. You’ll learn how to turn and stop, and take the moving carpet to get to the top of the slope. You will gain confidence and skills to get safely to the next level.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Beginner group ski lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 adults. Everybody progresses at their own pace and you have the opportunity to change groups during the week. You can also enjoy some breaks and warm yourself up in our chalet on the slopes. Group lessons are an excellent choice. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to improve the technical points of your skiing and to overcome the difficulties you encountered the day before. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget your beginner skipass, a snack to keep your energy level up and sunscreen!<br></p>

<p><strong>Experience :</strong> With 2 weeks or more snowboarding , your child knows how to link toe and heel side turns on blue slopes.<br> </p><p><strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Discover carving turns, off piste, freestyle, 180 jumps and rails. Discovering their first switch turns. Work on vertical movement and other technical aspects to improve skills.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> Meeting their instructor and the rest of the group, warm up on easy slopes. Then the goal is to improve their technique so they can ride down all kinds of terrain in a safe way. The instructor will help them discover their first carving turns. Your child will do their first complete switch turns. The tricks will be more and more complex, like 180 jump or rails at the park. It’s also time to start riding all terrains and off-piste. The instructor will explain on how to adjust gear depending on how you ride.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Lessons: Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00. Afternoon Lessons: Sunday to Friday 14:00 to 17:00.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> You can also add Lunch Club which includes Lunch & Activities 12:00 to 14:00. The Gold Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 children (from 5 to 13 years old). Everybody progresses at their own pace and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. <br> </p><p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget their ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Your skiing background:</strong> From a few days upto 1 week of skiing experience. You know how to move on flat terrain and uphill with your skis on. You can ski in snowplough and know how to stop when you are skiing at slow pace on a green run.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Develop your confidence, accept the speed, have notions of skidding. Make snowplow turns on blue runs. Deepen your knowledge of the environment, rules of conduct for skiers, integrate into the flow of practitioners in safety..<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong>On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group in front of our Prosneige flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In that case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each skier. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest exercises to get you back on your feet on green slopes. As the week unfolds, and with the help of exercises and repetition, you will learn to bring your skis parallel in between turns, to skid and to evolve with ease on blue runs.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong>Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong>Class 1 adult ski group lessons are limited to 7 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option to change groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress.
