<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong>You have 5 to 10 weeks experience under your skis already. You are comfortable with your equipment. You ski with ease on red runs, parallel turns with vertical movement. You can control your speed and trajectory on all types of slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong>Linking turns with various radiuses, starting to ski on diverse terrain, refining carving technique. Introduction to off-piste skiing and its safety rules.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group in front of our Prosneige flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest some exercises to get back on your feet on blue and red runs. Over the course of the week and through exercises and repetition,You will refine your technique, discover new sensations, and share new experiences with your group. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice parallel turns on all types of trails. You will gain confidence and skills to move to the next level safely.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 3 adult ski group lessons are limited to 7 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option to change groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don’t forget your lift pass ! <br></p>

<p><strong> Your snowboarding background :</strong> You are a complete beginner, an expert carver or anything in between.<br> </p><p><strong> Lessons goal :</strong> Private lessons are the best option if you want a personalized approach to snowboarding. Learn the basics of snowboarding or improve as quickly as possible, try out freestyle, build your confidence, or discover the area with an instructor. <br> </p><p><strong> More :</strong> The instructor can meet you at the ski room of your hotel or in front of your apartment to start the lesson. A customized snowboard lesson, at your own pace, with an instructor just for you. If you wish, you can choose your instructor according to your desires and his or her field of expertise. </p> <p><strong>Do not forget:</strong> Skipass needed, and a bottle of water.<br></p>

<p><strong> Who can book this lesson ? :</strong> Any person with a disability who wants to discover the pleasures of skiing, or to practice under the supervision of a ski instructor. <br> </p><p><strong>Goals of the lesson :</strong> Discover new sensations, to have fun, or to go towards autonomy. You choose the duration of the course and the number of sessions during the week. The instructor will then create a customized ski course for you. <br> <strong>Course description :</strong> Once the lesson is booked, our team will contact you to get more information and choose together the equipment adapted to your handicap. Before the lesson, your instructor will call you to set up the meeting point, your expectations, your experience. Our instructors are passionate about their sport and have a strong desire to make this discipline accessible to as many people as possible. <br> <strong>Remarks :</strong> The passenger should be well equipped with several layers of warm technical underwear. The warmer you are, the more you enjoy your lesson and the handiskiing experience. Also, think about the ski pass! !<br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your child has done more than 8 weeks of skiing. He has a perfect control on all types of slopes, making large turns, and short turns on red runs. He knows how to ski safely in the resort, respecting the Safe skiers rules.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Be able to change the rhythm of his turns on a black slope, and enhance his carving technique. Evolve on varied terrain, link jumps in the snowpark. Always follows the safety rules on the slopes and is able to find his way around on a map, discussions about the "mountain culture".<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, they get to know their instructors and the other children of the Diamond Ski level. All the groups will start together, warmup and harmonize. They will be defined by the levels, age and wishes of the children. During the first half day your child will get his technique and confidence back. Day after day, they will learn new skills thanks to the exercises and games set up by the instructor. The group will practice on different terrains that will help the children improve while having fun. Throughout the week, the training will be focused on obtaining a more refined and efficient technique on all types of slopes and snow. The diversity of playgrounds will allow them to discover new sensations and improve while having fun. They practice skicross, learn techniques used in competitions, and continue to learn freestyle in the snowpark. They also acquire the vocabulary specific to each discipline and deepen their knowledge of ski and mountain culture.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 17:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Diamond ski group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 children. Everybody progresses at their own pace and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. The traditional medal awarding ceremony is taking place on fridays, under the Diamond meeting point flag. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts and a snack for the break ! <br></p>
