<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong> You have between 2 & 5 weeks of experience. You already know how to ski parallel on blue slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Improve your parallel turns with vertical movement, start skiing on red runs. Learn how to anticipate terrain movements, how to ski without wasting your energy. Move around the resort integrating the flow of skiers and following the skier's rules.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group in front of our Prosneige flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest some exercises to get back on your feet on blue runs. Over the course of the week and through exercises and repetition, you will integrate movement into your practice, using different techniques. Your turns become more fluid and require less effort. You gain confidence and skills to ski safely and autonomously on red runs.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 2 adult ski group lessons are limited to 7 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option to change groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Ski-pass is needed. Don't forget your sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong> You have more than 10 weeks of experience under your skis. You are at ease on all types of terrain and wish to deepen your technical knowledge.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong>Improve your technical skills on the slopes, in the bumps, off-piste and on all types of snow. Explore the Alpe d'Huez area on and off piste. Become a more versatile skier and expand your knowledge of the mountain.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong>On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group in front of our Prosneige flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice carving turns or other types of advanced techniques and positions.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Lessons: Sunday 10:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 12:00. Afternoon Lessons: Sunday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 4 adult ski group lessons are limited to 7 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option to change groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. <p><strong>Your Experience :</strong> You can control your speed and link turns using both toe and heel edge on green slopes.<br> </p><p><strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Linking your turns on blue slopes. Introduction to the snowpark, 180° slides and riding switch. Discovering more of the specific vocabulary of snowboarding. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> Meet your instructor and the rest of the group. After a quick check of your gear, you will start warming up doing your turns. The goal is to improve your turns to be able to ride blue slopes. You will learn some more freestyle, flat tricks, 180 slides, switch and the ollie/nollie. Your instructor can also introduce you to the snowpark. You will also work on the snowboard vocabulary.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The Silver Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 adults (from 13 years old). Everybody progresses at their own pace and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget your ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Your Experience :</strong> Beginner, it is your first time snowboarding or you have just a couple of hours experience (or on dry slopes).<br> </p><p><strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Controlling speed with a heel edge or toe edge slide and be able to do linked turns on a green slope.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> You will be introduced to your instructor and the rest of the group. The instructor will then explain how the equipment works. You will do your first slides in a straight line in the beginner area. After you get familiar with your balance, you’ll learn how to change directions. At first you might fall so the instructor will also give you different tips on how to get up. During your progression you will discover which foot you have in front on the board (goofy or regular). Then we will start to learn how to control your speed on the back side edge. The instructor will then teach you how to cross the slope on the back and front side edge. Once you start getting comfortable with that you will learn how to control speed on your toe edge, the instructor will help you with the toe edge slide. We will then practice the transition between the toe and heel edge position to be able to link the turns. After you are able to ride down the slope doing heel & front-side turns you will be taught your first flat tricks like 180 slides.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Lessons: Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00. Afternoon Lessons: Sunday to Friday 14:00 to 17:00.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The Bronze Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 7 adults (from 13 years old).
