Prosneige at Val Thorens

<p><strong>The activity :</strong> From 5 years old. Your children will set out on an adventure to discover the mountains in another way with this “Igloo Experience”! <br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> The activity is taking place on Wednesday from 17:00 to 19:00 meeting point at the Prosneige ski school.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> A nice moment of laughs and share with the other children of the group and the instructors. After the building activity a hot cocoa is served as a treat. It’s also an opportunity for parents to have a moment for themselves....</p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> The children must be especially equipped to face cold and/or snowy conditions.<br>

<p><strong>Your experience :</strong> Not for complete beginners, it is recommended to have some experience in skiing first.<br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong> Our instructors will safely guide you around and show you some of the best off-pistes in the area. They will adapt to your experience and the snow condition to safely try to meet your expectations. The instructor will prepare an itinerary and the safety equipment needed but also teaching you how to use this equpiment and the current safety rules that must be respected.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. You can set the meeting point with your instructor directly in front of your accomodation and even choose the instructor you would like. </p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> Backpacks with a set of safety equipment (avalanche transceivers, shovels and probes) are lent by the instructor. Ski-pass still needed, you might bring a snack, a bottle of water and a camera for the memories.<br>

<p><strong>your instructor :</strong> You have chosen to take a private lesson with David GRANGE. David and the Prosneige team are looking forward to your arrival in Val Thorens. .<br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong>Private lessons are an excellent way to make quick progress. You tell the instructor your goals and desires and he will create a personalized lesson plan for you. Whether you want to learn carving or snowplowing. You want to surpass yourself in off-piste, in the snowpark, or on a blue slope. You simply want to discover the 3 Valleys ski area alone or with your family for a day... You are in the right place. The instructor will guide you throughout the day and share with you his favorite exercices, itineraries in his playground.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> From 9:00am to 5:00pm depending on your wants and needs, you decide how long and what time suits you best.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. <p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong> You have between 2 & 5 weeks of experience. You already know how to ski parallel on blue slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Improve your parallel turns with vertical movement, start skiing on red runs. Learn how to anticipate terrain movements, how to ski without wasting your energy. Move around the resort integrating the flow of skiers and following the skier's rules.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group in front of our school. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest some exercises to get back on your feet on blue runs. Over the course of the week and through exercises and repetition, you will integrate movement into your practice, using different techniques. Your turns become more fluid and require less effort. You gain confidence and skills to ski safely and autonomously on red runs.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 2 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Ski-pass is needed. Don't forget your sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>
