Prosneige at Val Thorens

<p><strong>Your experience :</strong> You have never skied or just once, a couple of hours (or on dry slopes).<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Balancing and moving around on skis in the beginner area. Snowplough turns and stops on easy green slopes.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> The instructor will show you different exercises to practice on easy turns and stops in the beginner area, at first you are using mostly the magic carpet. You will gain confidence and skills to get safely to the next level.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Everyday from 12:00 to 14:00, during lunchtime.<br> <strong>More :</strong> During these hours the slopes are less occupied, allowing you to progress with serenity. Beginner Mini group lessons are limited to a maximum of 4 adults. Everybody progresses at their own paces and you have the opportunity to change groups during the week. You can also enjoy some breaks and warm yourself up with a hot cocoa in our chalet on the slope. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget your sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

Luca and the Prosneige team are looking forward to your arrival in Val Thorens. .<br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong>Private lessons are an excellent way to make quick progress. You tell the instructor your goals and desires and he will create a personalized lesson plan for you. Whether you want to learn carving or snowplowing. You want to surpass yourself in off-piste, in the snowpark, or on a blue slope. You simply want to discover the 3 Valleys ski area alone or with your family for a day... You are in the right place. The instructor will guide you throughout the day and share with you his favorite exercices, itineraries in his playground.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> From 9:00am to 5:00pm depending on your wants and needs, you decide how long and what time suits you best.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. You can set the meeting point with your instructor directly in front of your accommodation and even choose the instructor you would like. </p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> Ski-pass needed, you might bring a snack, a bottle of water and a camera for the memories.<br>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your child already has a couple of days to a week of experience. They know how to put their skis on, and get up by themselves. They can snowplough turn and stop on green slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Do Snowplough turns on green slopes, discover what “Parallel skis” means, move around easily with skis on using side stepping and duck climb.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, your child gets to know the instructors and the other members of the White Bear level. All the groups will start together, warmup and harmonize in front of our school. The groups will be defined by the levels and age of the children. As they learn new skills and improve during the week, they will practice with their instructor on green and blue slopes as well as the fun park. They will be using cabinlifts and chairlifts. The beginner ski pass is mandatory from the first day. <br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Group Lessons: Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30, then Afternoon Group Lessons Sunday to Friday 14:30 to 16:30 , from the 5th February 14:30 to 17:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The White Bears group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 children. Everybody progresses at their own pace and children have the opportunity to change groups during the week. Children can also enjoy some breaks and warm themselves up with a hot cocoa. The traditional medal awarding ceremony is takes place on Fridays, in front of our Prosneige Ski Shop. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget their skipass to be able to take the lifts and a snack in their pocket for the break !<br></p>
