Prosneige at Val Thorens

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> You have never skied before or have skied just once, or a couple of hours on indoor or dry slopes. <br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Discover the environment, and the ski gear. Move around skis on, with ease. Ski down green slopes using snowplough turns.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> Your week begins at our meeting point where you’ll meet your ski instructor and the group. You will then walk towards an easy part of the beginner area ( just a couple of meters from the meeting point ) where you’ll start your skiing journey. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice. With one ski on, then two. On a flat terrain, uphill, and finally, when you’re ready downhill. You’ll learn how to turn and stop, and take the moving carpet to get to the top of the slope. You will gain confidence and skills to get safely to the next level.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Lessons: Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 12:00. Afternoon Lessons: Sunday to Friday from 14:30 to 16:30 and then from the 5th February 14:30 to 17:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Beginner group ski lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 adults. Everybody progresses at their own pace and you have the opportunity to change groups during the week. You can also enjoy some breaks . Group lessons are an excellent choice. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to improve the technical points of your skiing and to overcome the difficulties you encountered the day before. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget your beginner skipass, a snack to keep your energy level up and sunscreen!<br></p>

<p><strong>your instructor :</strong> You have chosen to take a private lesson with Etienne POUSSEL. Etienne and the Prosneige team are looking forward to your arrival in Val Thorens. .<br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong>Private lessons are an excellent way to make quick progress. You tell the instructor your goals and desires and he will create a personalized lesson plan for you. Whether you want to learn carving or snowplowing. You want to surpass yourself in off-piste, in the snowpark, or on a blue slope. You simply want to discover the 3 Valleys ski area alone or with your family for a day... You are in the right place. The instructor will guide you throughout the day and share with you his favorite exercices, itineraries in his playground.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> From 9:00am to 5:00pm depending on your wants and needs, you decide how long and what time suits you best.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. You can set the meeting point with your instructor directly in front of your accommodation and even choose the instructor you would like. </p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> Ski-pass needed, you might bring a snack, a bottle of water and a camera for the memories.<br>

<p>This ski lesson is specially made for parents and grandparents who are not sure of their children's level. No worries! You book your child in this course and we will contact you to determine your child's level together. Once in the resort, our teams will be there to welcome and inform you.<br></p>

<p><strong>The experience of your child :</strong> From 2 years old - Introduction and first contact ski snow for your little ones.<br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong> It is the only lesson where we ask you to stay close to your child, in fact the goal is to give him confidence with his first little slide, and first contact with the equipment and rolling carpet, you can give your hand to your child, and help the instructors.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30AM to 11:30AM. Right before lunch and nap time, making sure the children will be full of energy.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> Ski equipment rental included with the lesson. During the lesson, you can watch your kid's first slides from the terrasse of our chalet. </p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget your camera. Unforgettable moment guaranted, helping your child to get ready for a nice week in the kindergarten the year after.<br>
