<p><strong>your instructor :</strong> You have chosen to take a private lesson with Dario CASTELLI. Dario and the Prosneige team are looking forward to your arrival in Val Thorens. .<br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong>Private lessons are an excellent way to make quick progress. You tell the instructor your goals and desires and he will create a personalized lesson plan for you. Whether you want to learn carving or snowplowing. You want to surpass yourself in off-piste, in the snowpark, or on a blue slope. You simply want to discover the 3 Valleys ski area alone or with your family for a day... You are in the right place. The instructor will guide you throughout the day and share with you his favorite exercices, itineraries in his playground.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> From 9:00am to 5:00pm depending on your wants and needs, you decide how long and what time suits you best.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. You can set the meeting point with your instructor directly in front of your accommodation and even choose the instructor you would like. </p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> Ski-pass needed, you might bring a snack, a bottle of water and a camera for the memories.<br>

<p><strong>Your experience :</strong> You are a complete beginner, an expert freestyler or anything in between. <br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong> Private lessons are the best option if you want a personalized approach to freestyle skiing. Learn the basics or improve as quickly as possible, build your confidence and try your first tricks wiith a qualified instructor. <br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. You can set the meeting point with your instructor directly in front of your accomodation and even choose the instructor you would like. </p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> Helmets are required.<br>

<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong>You have already skied for 5 to 10 weeks. You are comfortable with your equipment. You ski with ease on red runs, parallel skis with vertical movement. You can control your speed and trajectory on all types of slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong>Linking turns with various radiuses, starting to ski on diverse terrain, refining carving technique. Introduction to off-piste skiing and its safety rules.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group under the A2 flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest some exercises to get back on your feet on blue and red runs. Over the course of the week and through exercises and repetition,You will refine your technique, discover new sensations, and share new experiences with your group. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice parallel turns on all types of trails. You will gain confidence and skills to move to the next level safely.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong>The lessons are taking place from 14:30 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 3 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don’t forget your lift pass ! We advise you to take a 3 Valleys ski pass. If you wish to take the ski pass of the resort only, ask your instructor which days he/she will go to the 3 Valleys. In this case, you will have the possibility to buy an extension the day before the course. <br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your child has more than 10 weeks of experience under their skis. They are comfortable on all kind of slopes with small and large turns. They know the different ski disciplines and have been introduced to some of them.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Develop new technical skills on the slopes, deepen their knowledge of the snowpark, make changes of rhythm on varied terrain while maintaining control. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, the skiers get to know their instructors and the other children in the Pro-rider level. The groups start together, warm up on skis and then harmonize. The groups will be divided according to the children's ability, age and desires. During the first half day, your child will get back on track with technical exercises set up by the instructor. Throughout the week, the training will be focused on the fact of evolving in safety in the resort in order to gain autonomy. Develop expert skills, such as skiing on one ski, in reverse, without poles...and perfecting the techniques learned during the previous weeks of skiing. <br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Bronze Pro Rider ski group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 children. Everybody progresses at their own pace and has the opportunity to change groups during the week. The traditional medal awarding ceremony takes place on Fridays, in front of the Ski School. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget their ski-pass for the chairlifts, a snack in their pocket for the break and sunscreen ! <br></p>
