Prosneige at Val Thorens

<p><strong>Group:</strong>Group TEAM children 7-16 years Wednesday or Saturday afternoon. <br> </p><p><strong>Goals:</strong> A seasonal program for older children. We focus on each child’s technical progress and development at their own pace. <br> </p><p><strong>Schedules:</strong> Classes are held from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm on Wednesday afternoon and from 1:30 pm to 4 pm on Saturday afternoon. <br> </p><p><strong>The added bonus:</strong> Children can take hot chocolate breaks and warm up in our Chalet. You can also leave your children’s equipment at school. </p> <p><strong>Don’t forget:</strong> A small snack in the pocket for the break! <br> </p><p><strong>CAUTION:</strong> Please select May 8th to book Wednesdays in season and May 4th for Saturdays in season! <br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong>Your child has more than 12 weeks of experience under their skis. They are comfortable on all types of terrain and would like to continue to improve their skills on the slopes and in the snowpark. They'll acquire more knowledge about off-piste skiing and how to practice it safely.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Progress in off-piste, sharpen their technique to be more versatile and deepen their knowledge of the mountain & snow conditions. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, the children get to know their instructors and the other Pro-rider participants. The groups start together, warm up on skis and then harmonize. The groups will be divided according to the children's ability, age and desires. During the first half day, your child will get back on track with the help of technical exercises set up by the instructor. Throughout the week, the training will be focused on evolving in safety on piste and off-piste. Refining their technical skills in order to have fun on all types of snow and terrain.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Morning Lessons: Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00. Afternoon Lessons: Sunday to Friday 14:30 to 16:30, then 17:00 from the 5th February <br> <strong>More :</strong> The Gold Pro Rider ski group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 children. Everybody progresses at their own pace and has the opportunity to change groups during the week. The traditional medal awarding ceremony takes place on Fridays, at our Ski School meeting point. </p><p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget their ski-pass for the chairlifts, a snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen !<br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your child has at least 7 weeks experience on the slopes. They can easily make parallel large turns on red slopes and master short turns on blue runs. They can manage to stop quickly in every situation. They know how to ski safely according to the Safe skier rules. <br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> First steps toward becoming a versatile skier. Perfecting control, carving and short turns on red slopes. Introduction to freestyle and how to behave in the snow park.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, they will get to know their instructors and the other children of the Bronze Ski level. All the groups will start together, warmup and harmonize. The groups will be defined by the levels, age and wishes of the children. During the first half day your child will get their technique and confidence back. Day after day, they will learn new skills thanks to the exercises and games set up by the instructor. The group will practice on different terrain that will help the children improve while having fun. These exercises will improve their posture on red and black slopes and different snow conditions. They will try out their first freestyle moves and park runs.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday to Friday from 14:30 to 16:30, then from the 5th February 14:30 to 17:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Bronze ski group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 children. Everybody progresses at their own pace and children have the opportunity to change groups during the week. <p><strong>your instructor :</strong> You have chosen to take a private lesson with Kelly JULIEN. Kelly and the Prosneige team are looking forward to your arrival in Val Thorens. .<br> <strong>Lesson goals :</strong>Private lessons are an excellent way to make quick progress. You tell the instructor your goals and desires and he will create a personalized lesson plan for you. Whether you want to learn carving or snowplowing. You want to surpass yourself in off-piste, in the snowpark, or on a blue slope. You simply want to discover the 3 Valleys ski area alone or with your family for a day... You are in the right place. The instructor will guide you throughout the day and share with you his favorite exercices, itineraries in his playground.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> From 9:00am to 5:00pm depending on your wants and needs, you decide how long and what time suits you best.<br> </p><p><strong>More :</strong> The customized offer is adapted to the client's needs. You can set the meeting point with your instructor directly in front of your accommodation and even choose the instructor you would like. </p> <strong>Remarks :</strong> Ski-pass needed, you might bring a snack, a bottle of water and a camera for the memories.<br>
