Private Lesson Times
Our Private Lesson times – Ski & Snowboard – are flexible. Join our Instructors for morning or afternoon sessions of 2hrs, 3hrs or 4 hrs or even the full day, for just for 1 day or all week – the choice is yours!
Keep in Mind:
Our Private Lesson availability is subject to demand, over the busy holiday weeks, we may be only be able to offer afternoon lessons.
If there are several in your group of either different levels or a mix of skiing & snowboarding. You may need more than one instructor.
Where to meet your Private Instructor
Our Meeting Point is in front of our Prosneige Val d’Isere Shop. This is the same meeting point for our Group Lessons as well! Ideal if you are on holiday with Family or Friends.
We’re on the snow front in Val Village, just a quick slide or steps from the main lift area. You’ll see our green Prosneige signs and our flags on the snow front at the Place des Dolomites. Next door to the Lift Pass Office.
Fancy meeting elsewhere?
Depending on your ski / snowboard level & access to the slopes, we can meet you at your Hotel, Chalet or Apartment complex.
Our Instructors
Our Val d’Isere Instructors are fully qualified. All of our Team have or are on their way to completing their Ski Instructor Diploma. This is compulsory for all Ski & Snowboard Instructors teaching in France. The Diploma is issued by the French Government and is awarded by ENSA (National Ski and Mountaineering School).
We have Instructors qualified for Off-Piste, Park Sessions – Ski and Snowboard. If you are booking one of these options – let us know! We’ll ensure you’re with the right Instructor.
All of our Team speak English & French – we also have Instructors who speak Spanish, Italian & Russian.
Safety First
We put Safety First for all of our Lessons.
For Off-Piste & Park (Freestyle) Private Lessons our Instructors always put your safety first. This includes an evaluation of your ski/snowboard level, snow conditions & safety equipment.
Off-Piste / FreeRide – You’ll need Skis or Snowboard adapted to the conditions, along with Helmets. Powder Skis / Snowboard or a Split Board are recommended. Snowboarders, you may need to carry your board; so check with your instructor if you’ll need crampons.
If you have your own avalanche Transceiver, probe & shovel – Perfect! If not, let us know and we’ll provide a back pack with these included – free of charge.
Park / Freestyle – Twin Tips Skis or a Park Board are recommended! along with back protection and of course a HELMET!
