Demanding, understanding and open-minded. Florence, our Administrative and Financial Director, is a highly motivated colleague with a permanent smile on her face. A gentle combination of rigour, adaptability and flexibility. Florence loves numbers, especially sums, and she’s keen to be helpful, so that her work only has a positive impact on that of others. Her limit: our lack of rigour.

Clairette

Finance Manager

Efficient, conscientious and attentive to detail. Clairette, our accountant, is very discreet, but she also knows how to call her colleagues to order if they let things slip. She and Florence make an explosive team, and you’ll be hard pressed to find a more dynamic and explosive accounting department. Her limit: our lack of rigour.

Charline

Sales and Recruitment Director

Committed, dynamic and serious. Charline, our reservations manager, is extremely efficient. Her professionalism and commitment are matched only by her gentleness and her fiery personality. Her smile and energy are contagious, even over the phone! As the leader of our Base Camp in Albertville, she and her team ride out the storms of winter days, the tornadoes of our customers and the hurricanes of our instructors. Her limit: our lack of professional conscience.

Megan

Reservation Manager

A gentle, very empathetic and calm person who hides a strong character. Megan is a reservations expert and Charline’s assistant. Her attentiveness and the sound of her voice immediately convey confidence and security to customers. The closeness she conveys over the phone is impressive, and in winter you’ll often hear her ask quickly at the end of a conversation for news of her caller’s cat or dog. Her limit: the lack of exchange with her colleagues.

Vanille

Operational Director

Behind a very assertive character lies listening and empathy. Vanille, Director of the Val Thorens ski school, juggles managing instructors, welcoming customers and managing her team. You’ll find her clearing snow at 7am, behind her computer at 8am, with customers at 9am and on the phone from 9.30am. It’s this versatility that appeals to her, mixing in and out, supporting teams and giving feedback, giving a ski lesson or organising a meeting. His limit: the lack of commitment from his teams.

Lola

Ski Garden Manager

Creative and tireless, her good humour is infectious, and her contact and patience with the children is second to none. Lola, who runs the kindergarten, has as much a sense of responsibility as she does a sense of humour, and is capable of showing off the snowplough with a child in her arms, or inventing a song to console another. As you can see, her creativity is at the service of the children’s adaptability and enjoyment. Her limit: inefficient teams.

Margaux

Coffee manager

A ball of energy and joie de vivre. Margaux, our Snack Bar Manager, has unrivalled customer contact skills and a desire to do things right. After a brief sulk, she’s the one who sets the mood on the terrace and sets the pace at lunchtime rushes! Her limit: lack of anticipation.

Sandrine

Director of Stores and Director of Purchasing

Available, conscientious and passionate. Sandrine, Store Manager and Purchasing Manager, is particularly adept at juggling management, customer service, sales and sales analysis. You’ll recognise Sandrine by her sparkling eyes whenever she’s in sales. Her talent? A taste for detail, where nothing is left to chance to delight customers. She appreciates glitter and knows how to use it wisely. Her limit: the teams’ lack of passion and energy.

Jérémy

Head of boot fitting

Enthusiastic, available and committed. Jérémy, also known as the magician, is in charge of boot fitting for the Prosneige group. Equally at ease analysing your foot, energising his team and selecting the ski boots for future seasons, Jérémy is a true enthusiast. Eager to train himself, he puts all his heart into developing his teams, training them rigorously, using the right words and the right gestures. His objective: your comfort and precision in your ski boots. His limit: a lack of attention to customers.

Eric

Expert boot fitting

Discreet, rigorous and professional. Éric, an expert boot fitter, pays a great deal of attention to the well-being of his customers. He wants to select, fit and adapt ski boots perfectly to his patient’s feet. He will listen to you, understand your expectations and will always be available to ensure your comfort. Eric integrates the whole experience and pays particular attention to detail in his shop. Working alongside Jérémy, he makes a great team. Eric’s only limitation: his colleagues’ lack of professionalism.

Sam

Director of the Les Menuires ski school

Discreet, calm and efficient. Sam, the director of the ski school in Les Ménuires, juggles the management of his instructors, welcoming customers and managing his team. Motivating his teams, organising the work of the instructors, boosting the Prosneige training centre, being present in the field to clear snow or at the start of lessons – that’s his day-to-day job. Ultra versatile, he can switch from an excel spreadsheet to snow clearance, from analysing figures to welcoming customers. His only limitation is the lack of professionalism in his teams.

Dimitri

Digital manager

A highly organised and Cartesian character combined with a love of snowboarding and surfing. As Director of the ski school in Les Menuires and then Head of Digital, Dimitri is familiar with all the facets of our business and is taking charge of Prosneige’s move towards customer experience-oriented digital. At the heart of his work is making reservations, our website and our management software simple and enjoyable. His limits: unprepared meetings and endless discussions.
