KIDS GROUP LESSONS

Brown Bear & White Bear Group Lessons
On the first morning, our Instructor Team will be working together to welcome all of our Brown & White Bear Skiers.

The Brown Bear & White Bear groups will be organised by the Instructor Team after their evaluation.  The groups are not fixed & we can change the groups depending on the progression of your skier.

The Medal Ceremony

Every Friday, 15 minutes before the Group Lessons end, we host a medal ceremony for all of our Kids Group Lessons.  Chat to our Instructor Team over a Hot Chocolate (with or without a dash of Chartreuse) about what your skier or snowboarder has achieved over the week.

Snack Time
All of our Kids Groups will have mid-morning or mid-afternoon pause to re-charge the batteries! Hot chocolate is included, but do pop a snack into their pocket & some cash if they are heading out on to the slopes. We have lockers available in the Ski School Office where you can leave their backpacks with snacks & drink bottle.

ADULT GROUP LESSONS

Your Instructors will be waiting in front of the Prosneige flag that matches your group level. We often have more than one group at each level running. So  if there are more than 8 participants in the group – don’t panic! The first 2 mornings are for getting your snow legs back & for our Instructors to assess the groups. We’ll then ensure you are in the right group that advances at your level & with the right number of participants.

First Time & Beginner Adults

We understand that learning to Ski or Snowboard can be a daunting process! So to make those first lessons on the slopes a little easier:

  • If you are booked into our First Time or Beginner Plus Group Ski Lessons, bring along your aprés ski footwear & so that you can leave your ski boots with us when you are done for the day.
  •  Need a helping hand to get your ski boots on & fastened or navigating the meeting point – Our Prosneige Team are here to help.
  • You can leave the poles in our Ski Storage for the first morning as they won’t be needed (just don’t forget which ones were yours!)

PRIVATE LESSONS

You’ll find our Welcome Team & your Instructors at our Prosneige Office & Café Not sure where to go? Our Prosneige Team will be there to help.

How are we doing?

We like to know what you think or what we could do better.  After your first lesson we’ll send you a SMS so you can let us know how your lesson went.

If your lesson didn’t go as planned, then we’ll give you a call to find out why. By all means feel free to pop in to the Ski School Office & speak to us directly – we’ll do our best to find a solution!

Which Lift Pass?

For all of our Group Ski & Snowboard Lessons – you’ll need a Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine lift pass.

To make life easier at the barriers, pop your lift pass into a pocket on the left hand side of your jacket or trousers.

For those aged under 5 years, their lift pass is free! You’ll need to pick this up at the lift pass office & take along proof of their date of birth.

If you have booked one of our Beginner Ski Passes with your lessons – your Instructor will give you the pass at the start of your first lesson.

Have your equipment already booked with us? Collect your equipment at our Prosneige Alpe d’Huez Shop from our smiling Team.
